The PondECO Next are extremely reliable, which is why we offer you a 2-year warranty with the Pick-up & Replace service: if your pump breaks down, it will be collected free of charge and replaced with a new pump. You report your problem to us online, your request will be processed within 48 hours on working days. There is no service on weekends and public holidays, your request will then take longer.
