Daitokuji Zen Bowl - 12 cm

The Daitokuji Zen bowl accompanies meditation sessions and ritual readings with a note produced by striking it with a mallet. Its dark finish recalls the bowl-shaped bells used in Buddhist temples.

Diameter indicated in the specifications: 12 cm.
Alloy of copper, zinc, and silicon.
Set including bowl, mallet, and cushion.
Bowl made in Taiwan; mallet and cushion made in Japan.

Place the bowl on the cushion and gently strike its outer edge. Try different angles and points of contact to appreciate the resonance. The cushion pattern may differ from the one shown in the photos.
